Volunteer to Help

If you would like to help Kelly's campaign fill out this PDF document. It contains a checkbox list of activities that you are willing to engage in to help out the campaign (i.e. allow us to place a yard sign, do canvassing etc.) The form also contains an affidavit that gives us permission to use your name in campaign literature and advertising and promotional materials.
